Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 28, 2026 · Applies to the nobie waitlist at nobie.org

This explains what happens to your information when you join the nobie waitlist. Plain version: we collect your email so we can tell you when nobie is ready, and that's basically it.

What we collect

Why we collect it

To notify you about nobie's launch and early access. The legal basis is your consent (given when you join) and our legitimate interest in keeping the signup free of abuse.

What we don't do

Where it lives

Your email is stored on our own servers in Canada, and any emails we send come from our own mail system — we don't pass your address through a third-party email or marketing platform.

Your choices & rights

You can unsubscribe at any time with the one-click link in any email we send. You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. These rights are provided under the GDPR (EU/EEA), PIPEDA (Canada), and other applicable laws — including the right to withdraw consent and to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until the waitlist is no longer needed.

International visitors

Our servers are in Canada. If you sign up from elsewhere, your information is processed in Canada with appropriate safeguards.
