These terms cover your use of the nobie waitlist at nobie.org. Plain version: this is an early signup list for a product still in development — join to be notified, and please don't abuse the form.

What this is

nobie is early and still in development. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, a launch date, specific features, or any particular pricing. Everything here may change, and we may pause or end the waitlist at any time.

Using the waitlist

• Provide a real email address you control.
• Don't spam, scrape, overload, probe, or attack the signup, and don't submit others' information without permission.
• Don't use the site for anything unlawful or to misrepresent an affiliation with nobie.

Our name & content

The nobie name, logo, and the content on this site are ours. You may link to us, but please don't copy, resell, or present our brand as your own.

No warranty

The site and waitlist are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We don't promise the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any feature will ship.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, nobie is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the waitlist, which are provided free of charge.

Privacy

Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

If these terms change, we'll update the date above. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current terms.

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Canada, where we operate.
